How to Claim Your $55 Discount (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact our team. Call us or submit a booking enquiry online for any of our electrical services across Sydney.

Step 2: Request the $55 offer at the time of quoting. This step is essential. Tell our service team or attending electrician, before your quote is prepared, that you are a first-time customer and wish to claim the $55 discount. The discount can only be built into your fixed-price quote if it is requested at this stage.

Step 3: See the $55 applied to your quote. Before any work begins, we provide a detailed, fixed-price quote for your approval with the $55 discount already deducted from the total.

Step 4: Job completed to a high standard. Once you approve the quote, we complete the work, backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee (subject to its own terms).

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the "$55 Off Your First Service" offer (the "Offer"). By requesting the Offer, you agree to these terms. They should be read together with our standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Promoter. The Offer is provided by Bright Force Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 61 651 501 227), NSW Electrical Contractor Licence 482784C ("Bright Force", "we", "us", "our").
2. The Offer. Eligible first-time customers receive a $55 (GST inclusive) reduction off the total quoted price of their first job, applied to the written fixed-price quote before any work commences.
3. Eligibility — first-time customers only. The Offer is available only to first-time customers: a person or entity that has not previously had electrical work quoted and carried out, or been invoiced or charged, by Bright Force. Only one person or entity may claim the Offer per household, property or business entity. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility and may verify it against our records.
4. Must be requested at the quoting stage. The Offer must be clearly requested at the time of quoting, before your fixed-price quote is finalised and before any work begins. The discount cannot be applied, added, credited or refunded after a quote has been accepted, after the work has been completed, or during or after payment. No exceptions apply.
5. One redemption. The Offer is limited to one (1) redemption, for the customer's first service only. It cannot be reused on later jobs.
6. Applies to quoted works only; exclusions. The $55 is deducted from the total price of the quoted electrical works. It does not apply to, and cannot be used to reduce, third-party or statutory charges (for example, electricity network or distributor fees such as Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy charges, and council or permit fees), deposits, gift vouchers, account balances, or any charges outside the quoted works. Where the quoted job total is less than $55, the discount is capped at the job total, and no cash, credit or remaining balance is carried forward.
7. Combining offers. The Offer may be combined only with our "$0 Call-Out" offer, and only where that offer's conditions are met (standard hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, as stated at the time). It cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher or price reduction unless agreed by us in writing.
8. Available across service types. Subject to these terms, the Offer applies to standard weekday jobs and to after-hours, weekend and emergency call-outs, provided it is requested at the time of quoting.
9. No cash value; not transferable. The Offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and is not transferable or assignable to any other person, property or entity.
10. Quote validity. The discounted quote is valid for the period stated on the quote (or, if none is stated, 30 days). If the quote lapses or the works do not proceed, the Offer lapses with it and does not carry over to a re-quote or to future work.
11. Changes and withdrawal. We may vary, suspend or withdraw the Offer, or amend these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Quotes already issued with the discount applied before such a change will be honoured for their stated validity period.
12. Misuse. We may refuse, withhold or reverse the Offer where we reasonably believe it has been claimed in breach of these terms, obtained through incorrect or misleading information, or otherwise misused.
13. Errors. We are not bound by, and reserve the right to correct, any typographical, clerical or pricing error relating to the Offer.
14. Your consumer rights (Australian Consumer Law). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the Offer is limited to the value of the Offer ($55).
15. General. The Offer is available for a limited time and only within Bright Force's Sydney service areas. Our standard terms of trade, quoting and warranty terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any decision we make regarding the Offer or a customer's eligibility is final.

Can I combine this with the $0 Call-Out offer?
Yes. If you are a new customer and your quoted works proceed during standard hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm), you can receive the $0 Call-Out and $55 off your quoted total, provided both are requested at the time of quoting. The $55 offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
