Daniel is the founder and heart of Bright Force Electrical, and with more than 15 years in the trade, he’s the person the whole team looks to. As a fully licensed electrician and Accredited Service Provider (Level 2 ASP), he takes on the bigger, more complex jobs,  switchboard upgrades, consumer mains, defect rectification, private power poles and tricky fault finding, the kind of work that really rewards experience and a careful eye for safety.

Daniel fell in love with the trade straight out of school, where he discovered how much he enjoys solving problems and helping homeowners feel safe and confident about their electrical systems. All these years later, that hasn’t changed a bit, he still leads from the front and stays hands-on every day, making sure every customer gets the honest, high-quality workmanship Bright Force is known for right across Sydney. And when he finally clocks off? You’ll usually find him out on the golf course, chasing a better swing in the weekend comps.

Managing Director

Alexis is the one making sure everything behind the scenes runs beautifully. With a Bachelor of Business, a background in marketing and more than 10 years in the electrical industry, she leads the customer experience, operations and growth side of Bright Force Electrical, and alongside Daniel, she’s helped grow the company from a single van into one of Sydney’s most trusted residential electrical businesses.

What Alexis cares about most is how it feels to be a Bright Force customer. She’s spent over a decade working closely with both electricians and homeowners, so she knows exactly what people hope for from a modern trades business: clear communication, someone who turns up when they say they will, and a team that genuinely cares. She’s built the systems that make sure every customer is looked after from the very first phone call through to the final handshake. Away from work, Alexis loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends and soaking up the little moments that become lasting memories.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Marketing and Management)

Customer Service Representative

Christina is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call Bright Force Electrical, and with more than 10 years of customer service experience, she’s wonderful at putting people at ease. She looks after bookings, scheduling and keeping everyone in the loop, making sure your job runs smoothly from your very first call right through to the moment it’s finished.

Helping people has always come naturally to Christina, and it’s exactly why she loves what she does. Electrical issues can be stressful, especially when they pop up unexpectedly, so her calm and caring approach is there to reassure you as much as to sort out the details. She genuinely enjoys getting to know the people she speaks with. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with family and making warm, meaningful connections wherever she goes.

Licensed Electrician

Kaan is one of the most experienced hands on the Bright Force team, with over 15 years in the trade and a deep, genuine understanding of how electrical systems work. He’s the go-to for diagnosing complex issues and finding practical solutions, and he holds every job to the highest standard, calm, methodical and quietly confident, even when the work gets challenging.

What really sets Kaan apart is how much he cares about the people he’s helping. He believes great service is about far more than just quality workmanship, so he takes the time to understand what each customer actually needs and makes sure they feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. It’s that honest, friendly approach that’s earned him so many long-standing customer relationships over the years, the kind of trust you can only build one great job at a time.

Braeden has over 7 years in the trade and a reputation customers love him for, thorough, professional and brilliant at getting to the bottom of a tricky problem. He specialises in residential maintenance, switchboard upgrades and fault finding, with a real gift for pinpointing even the most stubborn electrical faults quickly and accurately.

He’s also always growing: Braeden is currently working towards his Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP) accreditation, because he genuinely loves learning and expanding what he can offer customers. He got into the trade for the hands-on problem-solving and the satisfaction of helping homeowners feel safe in their own homes, and to this day, his favourite jobs are the head-scratchers others couldn’t crack, where he can deliver a practical, lasting fix and hand back real peace of mind.

Licensed Electrician

With over 7 years in the industry, Chris is one of those electricians customers are always happy to see at the door. He brings solid, all-round knowledge across residential maintenance, installations and fault finding, loves the variety that every day brings, and takes real pride in workmanship you can count on.

Chris got into the trade because he enjoys working with his hands, solving problems and, just as importantly, helping people, and his easy, approachable manner quickly makes him a favourite on any job. He’s big on honest advice and clear communication, so you always know what’s happening and why, whether he’s handling an upgrade, chasing down a fault or taking care of general maintenance. Every solution he leaves behind is safe, practical and built to last. Off the clock, Chris is a proud foodie who’s forever hunting down new restaurants and cuisines, ideally with family and friends along for the ride.

Now in his second year as an apprentice, Remy brings a wonderful mix of energy, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn to every single job. He’s already developed a real interest in Level 2 electrical work and hopes to head down that path as his career grows.

Remy was drawn to the trade because he loves working with his hands, picking up new skills and solving real-world problems, and since joining Bright Force, his upbeat attitude and willingness to jump into anything have made him a favourite around the team. Here’s a fun one: Remy has a fantastic eye for design and styling. If he wasn’t training to become an electrician, he reckons he’d make a pretty great personal shopper.

Apprentice Electrician

Now in his second year as an apprentice, Danial has already built a solid foundation across residential maintenance, installations and fault finding. He loves learning from the experienced electricians around him and is steadily developing the skills to become a top-notch tradesman.

Danial was drawn to the trade by its variety and the chance to tackle something different every day — and his willingness to learn, strong work ethic and genuinely positive attitude have quickly made him a valued part of the Bright Force family. Outside of work, he likes to stay active and is always setting himself little challenges to pick up new skills, both on the job and off it.
